Of Vaginas, Orgasms, G-spots and the “queef” sound!!! What women need to know about these facts!!!

A vagina! Every woman has one I would like to assume. It is that very sensitive yet very useful organ without which the world would be a strange place. So below are a couple of facts about the vagina and all that pertains to it.

Because you have it, use it!
Research carried out on the post-menopause women shows that a vagina that is not used can form fragile tissue and even cause shrinkage which in turn will make sex a very painful experience. So, just because you have it, use it to avoid unnecessary pains.

No natural lubrication? Lubricate it!
It is your right to enjoy sex! Many women don’t produce natural lubrication so if you fall in this lot of women then by all means get yourself some K-Y jelly and get your lubrication on and enjoy what God created. It is so normal and you will be doing yourself a favor.

Your vagina needs to smell like a vagina!
For a normal vagina smell you have to take special care of your overall health. Drink 3 liters of water a day and avoid sugary drinks. Consumption of Yoghurt and garlic will help too. Avoid tight pants and panties, use baby wipes to wipe your vagina and avoid using feminine soaps as they could cause an imbalance in PH.  Cleaning with just plain water is enough. Also get rid of excessive pubic hair as a bushy vagina could harbor bacteria and fungi.

Condoms won’t protect you from contracting STDs
Just the mere fact that the skin of the vulva comes into contact with affected skin on the scrotum you can still contract an STD. So in short, CONDOMS may not protect you from STDs after all. Be extra careful with whoever you decide to jump in the sack with to avoid unwanted embarrassing diseases.

A tip on how to find the G spot
Every woman has a different Gspot but for most, the G spot is along the front wall of the vaginal canal. Try finding it with your fingers until you find it and when you do you can always direct your man on that spot which makes the world go BRRRR for you! While we’re at it also remember that most women cannot reach orgasm from sex alone.

That embarrassing ‘farty’ sound your vagina makes during intercourse
How totally embarrassing is that sound anyway? That sound has a name… “The QUEEF”. The queef happens when air is pushed into the vagina during intercourse mainly due to changing positions. When the gas rushes out of the vagina it makes that sound. When it happens to you, don’t totally get embarrassed as your partner probably knows what it is and doesn’t mind at all, so save your breath from trying to make excuses for your vagina.

FYI Pap smear can only detect a certain type of cancer
Pap smear can only detect cervical cancer. You will have to get other tests done on you by other doctors in case you are concerned about cancer of the ovaries, colon or uterus.
